DMCA

At Crumbly Creations, we take copyright issues seriously and follow DMCA guidelines when handling infringement claims. If we receive a legitimate DMCA request, we will remove or restrict access to the reported content. We may also inform the uploader by providing them with a copy of the complaint and the complainant’s contact details.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. To do so, please include the following:

  • A description of the removed content and where it was previously located (such as a URL).
  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury, declaring that you believe the removal was a mistake.
  • A statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal district court and agree to accept service of legal documents from the complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will review it and forward it to the complainant. If they do not file a legal claim within 10-14 business days, we may restore your content.
