  • Custom cakes and orders: If you are not satisfied with your custom cake order (e.g., design, decoration, or flavor), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the cake. We will offer a rework of the cake or a partial refund depending on the situation.
  • Standard cakes: If the cake you purchased is damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
  • Products (e.g., cupcakes, pastries): If you are not satisfied with any other product purchased, please contact us within 2 days for a replacement or partial refund.

Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
